Keep Your “Sandwich” Under 22mm Thick
For safe operation, always stay within the recommended stack height (~22mm). If cutting feels too light, add the included plastic sheet (0.3mm) or magnetic sheet (1.8mm)—but never place the sharp edge of a die directly against a magnetic plate.
Rotate Your Clear Plate Regularly
Light scratches on the transparent cutting plate are normal and won’t affect performance. To extend its life, flip or rotate it after every few uses so wear is evenly distributed.
Never Force the Handle – Stop If It Feels Stuck!
If the crank becomes hard to turn, do not push or force the sandwich through. Gently reverse the handle, disassemble the stack, and check:
Is the total thickness ≈22mm?
Are all plates aligned correctly?
Is the die oriented properly (blade facing down toward paper, not magnetic plates)?

Use Compatible Cardstock
Use cardstock up to 240 gsm only; do not cut adhesive-backed, laminated, or coated paper, as these materials may stick to the plates, cause uneven cutting, or damage the machine.
Protect the Magnetic Sheet
Always position the cutting die with its sharp cutting edge facing the cardstock, never toward the magnetic sheet, to help prevent cuts, scratches, or permanent damage to the magnetic surface.
Keep the Stack Near 22 mm
The complete sandwich should be approximately 22 mm thick; if the stack will not feed or the handle feels unusually tight, stop immediately, remove the stack, and check the plate combination—never force the handle.
