Lagaan with tin coating is safe and can be used to cook all types of food. However, you may not require Kalai for deep frying since fats do not react with brass.
When will I have to get the tin (kalai) coating done again on the product?
It entirely depends on your utility. If you have a higher utility, you might have to finish it sooner.
What is the best way to clean Brass utensils?
You can use a normal dishwashing soap to clean the utensils from the inside and our de-oxidising solution or a paste made from Flour (Atta), Vinegar/lemon Juice, and salt can be applied on the outside to retain the shine of the utensils.
