Why won't it charge, or why does it run only a few minutes?
Use only the included USB-A to 2-Pin cable (not USB-C/Micro-USB) with a 5V/2A adapter (not included). Charge about 2 hours until the light turns GREEN; RED means still charging. A full charge runs up to 90 minutes. Flashing RED = low battery.
Is the blade plastic? Does it come with guard combs?
No. The white moving blade is ceramic, paired with a stainless steel fixed blade. No guard combs are included, so it trims close to the skin. It is made for detail areas like paws, face and around ears, not full-body clipping.
How do I trim sensitive areas without nicking the skin?
Keep the blade flat, use light pressure and move slowly. Gently stretch the skin around pads and folds. Slightly wet thick fur, and pre-trim long fur with scissors first. Pause if your pet moves suddenly.
My pet is noise-sensitive. Will this trimmer scare them?
It runs under 50 dB, but it still makes an audible motor hum, and every pet reacts differently. Let your pet hear it running from a short distance and reward calm behavior before the first trim.
Can I rinse it with water? How long can I use it at once?
Yes, it is waterproof. Switch it off, unplug it, rinse the head under running water, then let it dry fully before recharging. Use 15-20 minutes per session; if it feels warm, switch off and let it cool before continuing.
