The unit has a double wall glass door and can accommodate four half-size sheet pans with 3.5" of space between each shelf. The countertop convection oven has manual controls for temperature adjustment, from 120° to 500°. A 60 minute timer helps ensure your food is cooked to perfection. Exterior dimensions: 22"H x 31"W x 21.5"D; interior dimensions of the oven are 16.5"H x 21.5"W x 15.25"D. 220V/60hz, 3100W, 14 Amps. CE Marked and NSF Approved.
